Mr. Smith built Herold into one of the leading providers of research covering the oil and gas sector.  This research focus continues and drives the investment process at Triple Double Advisors.   

Our research and investment process combines analysis of energy specific macroeconomic data together with analysis of individual companies and securities.  Securities are selected from our database of more than 400 global oil and gas and energy companies. Our database is divided into 45 energy subsectors to further more detailed analysis to identify opportunities. Our Houston location together with our industry experience provides us with unique contacts and insight into the energy industry.
